What carrier do you use to ship?
Glowlite Candles ships using Fedex ground, usps.com parcel post or priority mail. Packages are shipped Mondays thru Friday.
Most orders are shipped same day or next say. Large orders or novelty candle orders may take 3-5 days before items are ready for shipping.
An email shipping notice will be sent once your item has been picked up by the carrier. If you have received your shipping notice with 3 days of order. Please contact us sales @glowlitecandles.com
